Kindlog is a private menopause and HRT log. It stores everything on your iPhone. There is no account to recover and no password to reset, because there is no account at all.

• There is no cloud sync. Entries do not move between devices on their own. If you lose your iPhone and have no device backup, your entries go with it, unless you exported a Kindlog backup file. Keep one somewhere safe.
• Kindlog backup files are encrypted on your iPhone with a passphrase you choose. We never see or store the passphrase, so we cannot open a backup or recover a forgotten passphrase.
• Device backups:if you use iCloud Backup or a computer backup, iOS may include Kindlog’s data in that backup, under your own Apple account and Apple’s terms.
• To delete everything, delete the app. That removes all stored entries from your iPhone.

Logging in Kindlog is free. The Visit Pack is a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. It is billed by Apple through your Apple Account, not by Truvaryn, and we never see your payment details.

• Restore Purchasesis on the Visit Pack screen in the app and works through your Apple Account — no Truvaryn login required. Use it on a new iPhone.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases, but tell us what went wrong so we can fix it.

Kindlog has its own Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. In short: no account, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party code. The only thing the app asks Apple is whether you bought the Visit Pack, and that request carries none of what you log. For our website and other services, see our Privacy Policy.

If you have a question about your data, or want to exercise a privacy right, email us and say so plainly — you do not need to use special wording.

Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened. If the app crashed, note which screen you were on. If something in a product feels unsafe, misleading, or wrong, say so — we would rather hear it early.
