1. Getting help
The fastest route is email: admin@truvaryn.com. Include the product name, your device and OS version, and — if something went wrong — what you expected to happen instead. Screenshots help.
We aim to reply within two business days.
2. MenoLog (iOS)
MenoLog is a private perimenopause symptom and HRT log. It stores everything on your iPhone. There is no account to recover and no password to reset, because there is no account at all.
- Your entries are on your device. They are included in an encrypted iPhone backup (iCloud Backup or Finder), and restoring that backup to a new iPhone restores your entries.
- There is no cloud sync. Entries do not move between devices on their own. If you delete the app without a device backup, the entries are gone — we cannot recover them, because we never had them.
- To delete everything, delete the app. That removes all stored entries from your device.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
App subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple Account, not by Truvaryn. We never see your payment details.
- Manage or cancel: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases, but tell us what went wrong so we can fix it.
- Restore Purchases is in the app’s paywall screen and works through your Apple Account — no Truvaryn login required.
4. Privacy and your data
What we collect, and what we do not, is set out in our Privacy Policy. For MenoLog specifically: no account, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party code. The only network request the app makes is Apple’s subscription check, which carries none of what you log.
If you have a question about your data, or want to exercise a privacy right, email us and say so plainly — you do not need to use special wording.
5. Reporting a bug or a safety concern
Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened. If the app crashed, note which screen you were on. If something in a product feels unsafe, misleading, or wrong, say so — we would rather hear it early.
MenoLog is a personal logging tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dosing guidance. For anything about your health or your care, talk to a qualified clinician.
