SMS Terms & Privacy Policy

Truvaryn provides an AI receptionist and messaging service to local service businesses (for example, roofing and home-services contractors). When you contact one of these businesses, or when you are an existing customer of one, you may receive text messages from that business, sent through Truvaryn’s platform on its behalf. Every message identifies the business it is from.

Message types include:

• Appointment and estimate confirmations, reminders, and scheduling.
• Follow-ups about a call, quote, or job you inquired about.
• Post-service check-ins and requests for a review.

You receive texts only after consent is established in one of these ways:

• Verbal opt-in on a call. When you call the business, its receptionist discloses that it may text you follow-ups and you agree.
• You provided your number on a web form, quote request, or during a completed job (a prior business relationship).

We do not send texts to purchased lists, and we do not send cold or promotional blasts to people with no relationship to the business.

Message frequency varies by your interaction with the business (typically up to about 3 messages per month, plus any confirmations you request). Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.

You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP (or QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or END) to any message to stop all further texts from that business. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply START to opt back in.

For help, reply HELP or email admin@truvaryn.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your number and message history are used only to operate the messaging service for the business you interacted with. We share data only with the service providers needed to deliver messages (for example, our telecommunications carrier), under contracts that restrict their use of it to providing the service. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

To run the program we process your phone number, the content and timestamps of messages, your consent and opt-out status, and basic delivery metadata. This supports appointment handling, support, and legal recordkeeping (including honoring opt-outs). See our Privacy Policy for our general data practices and our Terms of Service.
