Truvaryn provides AI-assisted receptionist and customer-communication software to businesses, including call handling, lead capture, appointment booking, and messaging. Features, pricing, and availability may change as the service evolves.

You agree not to use the site or services to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others, including telemarketing and anti-spam laws.
• Send messages to recipients who have not consented or who have opted out.
• Interfere with, probe, or disrupt the service or its security.

Business customers using our messaging features are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid consent from their own recipients and for honoring opt-out requests. Our text-message program terms (including how consumers opt in, message frequency, and HELP/STOP handling) are described in our SMS Terms & Privacy Policy.

Parts of the service use AI to draft messages and handle calls. Automated output can contain errors; business customers are responsible for reviewing communications sent under their name. Truvaryn operates on a “propose, then a human decides” model for outbound actions where required.

Paid plans and their prices are set out in your order or on our current pricing materials. Fees are billed as described there. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding quote until confirmed in a written order.

The site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Truvaryn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
